Cheval Residences Website - London properties

Here is the link to Cheval Residences website: Cheval Residences

Now that i have an overview of this website, i believe the overall design looks fine to me but its navigation is not very intuitive and it is actually hard to find what you are looking for and especially when you want to book a room!

As a matter of fact, the website has no integrated booking engine, meaning that it has been design as a showcase website only wich i believe is a terrible mistake nowadays! Furthermore, the only option available for the customer at the moment is to enquire for a stay, sending an e-mail to the property owner/manager or whoever is in charge of reservations...in other words, the user has to wait for a reply from the property to know if there are rooms available! The first thing that actually pops in my mind right now is "well...too late!!" users are going to book elsewhere!

This website needs to be converted to a merchant site providing real time properties availabilities, rates and online secure payment system as soon as possible!

ASAT

1) ASAT

Any Screen
Any Time

I believe it means that it is possible for everyone to go online anywhere using all kinds of devices as long as we have access to a screen!

3 examples:

Internet access in transportation like trains, planes and even cars or simply walking in the streets!
No matter the device as long as it has a screen

2) Mobile Enhanced Experience

Allows mobile users to get instant information about what they are experiencing! In other words, it helps people to access any relevant information for them when not at home! When visiting a museum for example, information about what's there to see is avaible online using mobile devices to get extra information.

3) How could a hotel provide Mobile Enhanced Experience?

Using QR codes on whaterver paper ads the hotel is using. Brochures, leaflets and street ads, allowing access to extra information and content regarding any products, services and packages the hotel is able to offer!
