Potential guests are motivated by the best rate and they will go wherever they need to get the best rate. Keeping our direct rates in line with the rates being offered through the OTAs (obviously to avoid rate parity issues), but offer complimentary upgrades to encourage potential bookers to choose the direct channel over the OTAs.
Ø  Boost online visibility by communicating using online channels and social medias.
Ø  Enhance our own website making it attractive and easy to use, the booking engine has to be designed for a 3 to 5 steps maximum in order to make it as convenient as possible for bookers.
